Throughout the school year, I will be teaching classroom guidance lessons about various topics to each class in grades PreK-3 every month.   In classroom guidance, students have the opportunity to discuss and learn about age appropriate topics.  The topics for classroom guidance are listed below:

August - Meet the counselor, identifying and managing feelings
September - Identifying feelings and coping skills
October - Heathy choices and decision making
November - Growth mindset
December - Career exploration and goal setting
January -  Bullying
February - Friendship skills and conflict resolution
March - Diversity, respect, and character
April - Self-esteem and test taking skills
