Hello My Name Is...

Beth Abercrombie

This is my 14th year at Colonial Beach Elementary. This will be my 8th year as the title I math teacher for our school.  I live in Warsaw with my husband, Joel.  We were happy to welcome our son, Tucker to the family in December of 2011.  He is a sixth grader here at CBES.   We have two dogs, Oreo and Minnie.  I am a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, where I received my bachelor's and master's degrees in teaching. I recently completed my coursework to earn my math specialist endorsement from VCU.

In my free time, I enjoy going to the movies, taking walks with my family, kayaking, traveling, cooking and fishing.

I'm looking forward to a great 2023-2024 school year!
